TIAA: Model an Existing User

This flow here simplifies a potentially protracted process allowing the plan sponsor to copy the role selections and access levels from a pre-existing user and apply them to the new user that is being added. By adding this functionality in, the user can completely circumvent the potentially most complicated and onerous part of this process (Access Levels) and proceed directly to the PIN Confirmation/Creation step.
